I have examined the accompanying Ordinance. intituled an Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a Supplementary Sum of One million eight hundred and eighteen thousand three hundred and seven Dollars and seventy eight Cents

to defray the Charges of the year 1931, and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the

Governor's instructions.

2. This Ordinance is in the usual form.

3.

In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency the Governor may properly assent in the name of

His Majesty and on His behalf.
